Do you work year around?
Yes. We will work all year round to accommodate your requests.
Note that in times of heavy snow or heavy rain, it may be difficult or impossible to find the headstone.
In instances of heavy snow or adverse conditions, we will contact you for instructions and options.

How can I pay for the service I have chosen?
We accept payment by funds transfer or cash by special arrangement only.
Cheques no longer accepted unless by special arrangement.

When do you visit?
Phoenix Grave Care attend 7 days a week.
Once you have chosen your care plan we require 1 weeks notice before our first visit.
How will I know when you have visited?
When we have tended your site, you will receive either an email or text/SMS, with before and after photos so that you have a visual reference of the work completed.
What happens if there is damage to the grave?
First we will assess any damage before work is carried out. If we discover the damage we will send you a photograph of the damage with a written report of our recommendations. If required we will give you a “no obligation” quotation for any work that needs to be done.
Please note Phoenix Grave Care will not be held liable for damage to memorials or headstones or markers during or after cleaning.
Do you provide restorations services?
Yes we are happy to carry out restoration services such as stone restoration, replacement of old or lost grave vases, restoration of stone, pebble, slate, glass or granite chippings or any work to the area surrounding the grave.

How do I choose flowers, bulbs or plants?
We have a varied selection of flowers, bulbs or plants which you can either choose based on your personal preferences or otherwise we can choose for you taking such things into consideration as the season, grave location and so on.

Do I need to provide the grave number?
Yes we will need the grave number and plot number along with the name listed on the headstone, to carry out any of our services.

What is your service guarantee?
Phoenix Grave Care pride themselves on giving the highest standard service. If you have any queries about our services or are not pleased with our service please contact us in the first instance and we will do our utmost to put things right.

Do you offer discounts?
Phoenix Grave Care want you to be pleased with our service and we offer a 10% discount if you require care at more than one plot at different locations.
We offer 15% discount for care carried out at the same cemetery location.

What information do we collect?
​We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, address or phone number.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and they are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information will NOT be stored on our servers.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services are to be made by Direct Transfer or cash by special arrangement only.

All of our work is carried out in a dignified and respectful manner.
All flowers are purchased on the day of delivery to ensure freshness.
You will receive email confirmation following each visit. Work will be carried out once payment has cleared.
Work can be carried out on a specific date if requested in advance.
We will endeavour to meet your requirements regarding flowers and plants, however during specific seasons substitutions may be necessary when certain flowers are unavailable.
Christmas Wreaths can be laid from mid November but must be removed in January.
If we consider any Memorial to be in a dangerous condition, we will contact you to gain further advice.
The company will not be held liable for damage to the memorial during or after cleaning.
